Craig came out to service my heater as i was experiencing headaches when my system was on. He came out and advised me that my heater was blowing out Carbon Monoxide and showed me that the reading was at a dangerous level, he stopped the heater straight away and replaced the heater the next day. What amazing service I received from both Craig and Ryan. I currently reside overseas but my home back in Melbourne needed repair to the air con. I called Craig and he was on top of it immediately. Liaising with the property manager within minutes of me getting off the phone with him. He followed up with a visit to the property the following day to identify the problem. The repair was done immediately with no fuss and no problems at all. It was a very stressful situation not actually being there in person, but he assured me it would be taken care of, and it was. No words can express my sincere thanks to both of them, in addition they were hundreds cheaper than any other company I called and they identified the problem immediately. I paid another repair company $240 for one visit and they had not idea what the problem was. Just nothing but rave reviews for this company and their service.
